Description
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of a collaborative, fun, and hardworking team, helping to ensure that the IT systems run smoothly both onsite and remotely. With 3-5 years of experience in IT support, you will manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services like Azure, Intune, OneDrive, and SharePoint. You will work in a SaaS environment, where your expertise will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient delivery of IT projects. Profile
3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT support (Level 1 & 2) Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Azure, Intune, OneDrive, SharePoint) Experience working within a SaaS-based environment Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Solid troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to solving IT issues Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for helping others Familiarity with meeting room AV setups and networking infrastructure A strong interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI Previous experience in the legal sector is desirable, but not essential
