South West Healthcare's Infant Child and Youth Mental Health Service is seeking a passionate and dedicated clinician to join its dynamic multidisciplinary team of clinical specialists.
The successful applicant will work with young people aged 12-25 and their families, providing evidence-informed and developmentally appropriate treatment, care, and support.
Key Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based assessment and direct service provision to groups and individuals.Collaborate with community-based services, primary health providers, and the broader mental health and wellbeing sector.Develop and lead clinical initiatives to improve outcomes for young people and their families.Requirements: Eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.At least 7 years' experience in the provision of mental health services.Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work autonomously and provide effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.About the Role: This is a unique opportunity to work in a specialist infant child mental health setting, utilizing your clinical skills to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people and their families.
