About the Role
At Rawson Group, our Marketing team is currently looking for Campaign Delivery Manager who is accountable for development of strategy, execution and management of marketing content and campaigns across the Rawson Salesforce Marketing Cloud (CRM), Social Media channels and online review platforms. You will also be the Salesforce Marketing Cloud master within the marketing team, helping us evolve its capabilities and uses to best achieve our business objectives.
What you’ll be doing
* Developing and managing a CRM strategy, including onboarding, referral campaigns, and customer journey campaigns, and defining email and SMS communication strategies throughout the customer lifecycle.
* Oversee Salesforce Marketing Cloud, enhancing CRM projects, developing EDM and SMS schedules, and maintaining well-documented strategies and KPI plans.
* Responsible for executing email campaigns and CRM best practices, continuously optimising and experimenting with email and SMS personalisation initiatives, and continuously evolving the CRM program.
* Manage the automated CRM journeys and improve milestone CRM metrics.
* Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate performance and inform future campaigns
* Coordinate with internal graphic designers and external vendors and agencies to deliver campaign content across all Rawson social media platforms
* Cultivate a strong social media presence by crafting unique content, monitoring user-generated content and leveraging any technology, influencer, or media opportunities.
* Maximise user-generated content and influencer marketing opportunities while developing a comprehensive social media strategy focusing on acquisition and retention.
* Identify target audiences for campaigns and develop targeted posts to reach those audiences
* Optimise campaign targeting based on performance data and adjust targeting strategies as needed
* Maintain an attitude of continuous improvement and professional development
* Ensure great communication across the Marketing team
* Work closely with product, sales, legal, and other teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
Experience and Capability
* Minimum 5 years’ of Direct Marketing Experience. Exposure to the construction sector is desirable but not essential
* Experience with managing the scoping and delivery of email marketing, including email execution, QA, list management, dynamic EDM builds, A/B testing, journey creation and post-campaign analysis and reporting
* Experience with content creation and coordination, scheduling software and performance management
* Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Email execution and journey automation building
* Demonstrable experience with CRM, decisioning, or marketing automation platforms
* Strong Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Marketing clouds.
