Langford Support Services is a trusted, NDIS-registered not-for-profit charity.
Their mission is to enrich the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing diverse and active support systems and fostering choice, opportunities, and life skills.
Day-to-day, they provide supported independent living, community access and specialist accommodation support services for people with disabilities, spanning children, teenagers, adults, and seniors.
They offer respite services, community participation, supported employment, skills development, and support coordination.
Your new role Reporting to the Chair of the board and working in collaboration with the executive team, the CEO is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational excellence in service delivery, overseeing, and mentoring the Senior Management Team.
The CEO manages a broad range of functions, including overseeing operational management, NDIS governance, financial, human resources and compliance with high standards of legislative, regulatory, policy, procedural and reporting requirements.
As the successful candidate, you'll have substantial leadership experience providing outstanding human services and have a record of delivering commercial success in combination with high levels of client satisfaction and a values-based perspective on your work.
You will oversee the development and implementation of the next phase of Langford's strategy and promote a positive customer experience.
What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will be an effective and experienced leader with a passion for people development and a track record of galvanising high levels of engagement and building strong, cohesive teams.
Further demonstrable skills will include excellent commercial acumen, exceptional execution skills that achieve high performance outcomes and an ability to engage people to deliver on a compelling vision.
