They are looking for a proactive Receptionist / Office Administrator to assist across all departments, manage reception tasks, incoming calls, emails and diary management, while delivering exceptional customer service to clients.

Role & Duties
* Answering and directing phone calls
* Greeting and assisting clients
* Managing appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
* Handling incoming and outgoing mail
* Maintaining office supplies and inventory
* Managing emails and correspondence
* Assisting with data entry and document preparation
* Handling incoming inquiries and providing information
* Coordinating meetings and preparing meeting rooms
* Maintaining office cleanliness and organisation
About You
* Industry experience - preferable
* Prior experience in a similar role - required
* Strong phone etiquette and communication
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Initiative, drive & passion for the industry
