What you'll do: Preparing and serving meals according to menu and ordersComply with safety and health policies, procedure and role responsibilities as defined in the Safety and Health Responsibilities and Accountabilities procedureSetup and cleaning of kitchenWhat you'll need: Experience working in a hands-on, team focused bistro style kitchenKnowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue's menuAn uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation and safetyStrong communication and organisation skillsTrade cooking qualifications are essentialFlexible availabilityThe benefits are good too!
