About the Opportunity
APS4 Learning and Development Coordinator, 12-month contract with a strong possibility of renewal. This full-time position offers a flexible, hybrid work environment, ensuring a great work-life balance. The role is based in Geelong and some in-office time is required. Only Australian Citizens are eligible to apply.
About the Team
The Frontline Capability Branch is part of the Operations Performance and Capability Division and is responsible for Service Delivery’s workforce capability. The branch is accountable for driving improvements in operational performance, delivering training and developing resources to better enable effective operating controls and front-line practices and disciplines, as well as strategic recruitment across the Service Delivery group and other important improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer deployment of Frontline Learning programs via the Learning Management System (LEAP).
* Schedule and manage deployment timelines for facilitated learning modules.
* Handle course logistics, including registrations, enrolments, cancellations, accommodation, and travel.
* Collate learning and capability data from various sources into a centralised system.
* Prepare reports, correspondence, and provide administrative support for Frontline Learning programs.
Requirements
* Australian Citizenship
* Strong attention to detail and computer literacy, with the ability to follow processes and meet deadlines.
* Ability to manage workload independently while being a collaborative team player.
* Excellent work ethic, motivation for continuous improvement, and openness to learning new skills.
* Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and familiarity with Learning and Development environments.
* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, ideally with experience in the public sector.
