In this position, you will have an opportunity to develop and extend your clinical skills working with a range of psychological presentations (including but not limited to grief and loss, adjustment, and anxiety/depression).What You'll be DoingDelivering specialist psychological assessments, diagnosis, interventions, and consultation in order to address the needs of consumers who are living with traumatic and acquired brain injury. You will also be provided opportunities to develop your skills in delivering positive behaviour support interventions, with full support and training provided. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic inpatient and/or community service and an integral part of the multidisciplinary team. You will also be offered regular opportunities for professional development as well as regular peer supervision.Clinical Psychology Registrars are encouraged to apply. Supervision for the Registrar Program is available onsite to promote knowledge and understanding of working with this complex client population. The role also participates in the evaluation of clinical outcomes of services and assists in the development and provision of education and training programs.
