We need an Electronic Equipment Tardes Worker to perform the following duties:
Overview
As an Electronic Equipment Trades Worker at Technical Audio Group (TAG), you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various audio and electronic equipment. You will work closely with a range of products from leading brands, ensuring high-quality service and support for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and Setup: Install and configure audio and electronic systems for clients, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
- Maintenance and Repair: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electronic equipment, performing repairs and preventative maintenance as necessary.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients and colleagues, assisting with equipment operation and answering inquiries regarding products.
- Collaboration: Work alongside other tradespeople and departments to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, repairs, and client interactions.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and standards while working with electronic equipment.
Appropriate candidate must have the following skills, education and experience:
Education: Certificate III + 2 years on job training or Certificate IV
Australian Experience: At least 3 + years of Australian Experience OR
Overseas Experience: At least 3+ years of Overseas Experience
Specialist: Electronic Equipment Technician
Work Rights: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or Full Work Rights Holder
