Energypoint Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Administration / Warehousing person on a permanent & fulltime basis to join our team.
Energypoint is a well established small business located in Devonport. Our services include electrical, heat pump split & ducted systems, as well as offering a wide range of quality wood fireplaces, gas & electric fireplaces and hot water products from our showroom.
Role and Responsibility
* The management of inbound customer calls/queries.
* Daily office administration and general office duties.
* Storeman duties including receiving and processing of inwards / outwards goods including deliveries to site.
* Ensuring the showroom display stock is maintained and presentable.
* The preparation of materials for jobs.
* The effective communication of our brand story, our brand values and our products to prospective clients.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Have a current unrestricted driver’s licence.
* Have a current forklift licence or be willing to undertake training to obtain one.
* Experience in sales, customer service or stores/warehousing is desirable.
* Good computer skills, with a knowledge of Excel, Word, simPro & Xero desirable.
* Must be able to undertake manual handling tasks.
Remuneration will be based on the successful candidate’s experience, work history and skill set for this role.
The goal is to evolve the role to include further responsibilities and will be dependent upon the candidate’s capability, experience and desire to learn.
