This role requires expertise in change management, ERP systems, and training design.
Experience in large-scale transformations is essential, with manufacturing industry knowledge highly regarded.

Responsibilities Change Impact & Readiness – Assess business processes, employee roles, and organisational readiness to identify key change impacts and support needs.
Stakeholder Engagement – Conduct stakeholder analysis, develop targeted communication plans, and act as a bridge between leadership, technical teams, and end-users.
Training Development & Delivery – Create and deliver tailored training for a range of user groups using in-person sessions, e-learning modules, and interactive tools.
Resistance Management & Support – Identify potential resistance, implement mitigation strategies, and provide hands-on support to ensure smooth adoption.
Monitoring & Continuous Improvement – Track adoption metrics, gather feedback, and refine training and change strategies for ongoing improvement.
Project Integration – Align change management activities with ERP project milestones to ensure seamless system rollouts.
Industry-Specific Alignment – Adapt change strategies to meet the unique requirements of the industry, including compliance and operational complexities.
About You Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience in change management, training, or ERP implementations.
Proven ability to design and deliver training for large-scale system rollouts, simplifying complex concepts.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, change management frameworks, and digital training tools Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders, build trust, and drive adoption.
Analytical mindset to assess change impacts, solve problems, and adapt strategies.
Strong organisational skills to manage priorities, align training with project milestones, and meet deadlines.
Understanding of manufacturing industry challenges, compliance, and regulatory standards.
