In this hands-on role, you will participate in the day-to-day operation of the café to achieve budgeted sales targets and KPIs.Reporting to our Guest Experience Manager, our Kiosk Coordinator needs to have the highest level of customer service skills.The primary responsibility of our Kiosk Coordinator is to deliver first-class service to our patrons, ensuring the kiosk operates effectively and efficiently within Health Department Regulations, always aligning yourself with our Mission, Vision, and Values.Key areas of responsibility include:Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a café teamProvide excellent customer service to all customersProvide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food optionsMaintaining the appearance and presentation of the caféMeet the requirements of the centre’s food safety planEnsure all cleaning and maintenance is carried out according to specified quality standardsFollow health and safety guidelinesCashier experience, taking orders, and handling cashAbility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
