Your mission will involve overseeing the operational aspects of the Off Road segment, deploying and coordinating the commercial plans.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Collaborate with key stakeholders on the go-to-market approach, maximizing opportunities to ensure new products and services development aligns with market needs and to achieve business goals.Provide front line support for channel members that are consistent with the strategy.Regularly measure market and business performance to anticipate trends.Implement partnership strategies to refine funnel and individual campaign performance to improve overall demand generation programs.Deploy new offers (product launches, events, digital activities, and services) and continue to monitor and promote existing offers. Provide corrective measures as needed through the process.Contribute to continuous improvement by performing analysis on the activities, obtaining insights, and providing feedback and recommendations to the team and stakeholders.Lead and coordinate events.Evaluate the content and digital marketing, identifying key opportunities to optimize the organization’s performance.Manage integrated marketing communication strategies and budgets.Provide expert marketing communication advice and guidance on the organization’s integrated marketing initiatives.Support the digital transformation process in the organization.What are we looking for?NOTE: Candidates are required to be legally authorized to work in Australia.
