They are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Sales Specialist to lead channel development and retail operations for their cutting-edge E-Bike products. Role Summary This exciting opportunity is part of a global expansion plan for a cutting-edge high-tech E-Bike product designed for sports enthusiasts. This permanent full-time position is for a Senior Sales Specialist within a growing division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with retail partners, and supporting product growth. You will conduct product demonstrations, manage key accounts, and gather market insights to enhance sales strategies. The position requires strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently. The role is remote with a mix of field visits to potential clients. Mandarin-speaking skill is required. Key Responsibilities: Work remotely, splitting time between home-based tasks and field visits to engage with clients. Travel within the assigned region to identify and engage with potential retail partners for our e-Bike products. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with retail outlets, focusing on driving sales, managing stock levels, training staff, and ensuring effective product presentations. Work closely with retail partners to track performance, offer support, and address any operational issues, including managing payments and outstanding balances. Collect valuable market data and competitor insights to refine sales strategies and guide business decisions. Requirements A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales role. Must hold a current, valid driver’s license. Minimum height requirement: 170 cm due to product demonstration and safety requirements. Capable of delivering engaging presentations and product demonstrations for e-bikes. Previous e-bike experience is preferred but not necessary as full training will be provided. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must as this role reports directly to headquarters in China. Preference is given to candidates with permanent residency or citizenship, though long-term visa holders (with at least 12 months validity) are also welcome to apply. Qualifications: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a strong passion for sales. Willing to travel frequently within the designated area, with at least 50% of time spent on the road. Prior sales experience is highly desirable, particularly within the cycling or e-Bike industry. Valid driver’s license and the ability to independently manage market visits. A genuine interest in cycling, ideally with experience in mountain biking. Quick to grasp technical details of products and confident in demonstrating them to customers. Flexible, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously while meeting targets. Fluent in Mandarin, with additional writing skills a plus. Proficiency in English is required for professional communication. Competence in Microsoft Office and general office tasks.
