We are seeking to establish a pool of talented Registered and Enrolled Nurses to expand the Fiona Stanley & Fremantle Hospitals Group nursing team. If you have experience in or are interested in expanding your skills in the areas below, please read on for more about this exciting opportunity.
This is a recruitment pool for permanent full time, permanent part time, fixed term full time & fixed term part time appointments.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/01/2026.
Area Profile:
Fiona Stanley Hospital is the major tertiary-quaternary hospital in the south metropolitan area and offers comprehensive health care services to adults, youth and children, offering:
* acute, general and specialist medical and surgical services
* nephrology and renal transplant services
* State rehabilitation service including ventilator dependent quadriplegic service and spinal outreach service
* State heart, lung and bone marrow transplant service
* emergency and intensive care
* maternity, paediatric and neonatal services.
Cockburn Health is a stand-alone 75 bed inpatient facility. The hospital is non-authorised hospital, and for voluntary female patients only. FSH Cockburn Health provides inpatient services for:
* Women’s Mental Health.
* Eating Disorders.
* Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Behavioural and Withdrawal Management.
Fremantle Hospital provides specialist hospital services and plays a vital role in supporting the tertiary-quaternary services of Fiona Stanley Hospital. It delivers specialist services including mental health, aged care, and elective surgical services in the following specialties:
* rehabilitation
* general surgery
* orthopaedics
* plastic surgery
* specialised hand surgery
* ear, nose and throat (ENT)
* gynaecological
* dental and maxillo-facial
* ophthalmology
* urology
* vascular
