Next Gen Clubs is a growing health and lifestyle business with operations in Adelaide, Sydney, Perth, Canberra, Auckland and Melbourne.
About the role
Based in our North Adelaide office, you will be part of a vibrant team that provides support services to the Next Gen clubs across Australia and New Zealand. Next Gen is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on IT Application support individual who has development exposure to oversee our business applications, systems and minor enhancement to existing applications. This is a hands-on role, requiring expertise in application support, SDLC, and database administration.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Provide day-to-day application support and troubleshoot technical issues.
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify, design, and implement new features.
* Oversee and support enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, and point-of-sale systems.
* Perform bug fixes, minor enhancements, and code optimizations.
* Document technical processes and provide user training where necessary.
About you

We are looking for a self-motivated, positive and an enthusiastic team player who has an eye for detail and can manage their dead-line based priorities.
Criteria to be successful in this role includes:
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
* Strong .Net Development (ASP.Net, MVC), SQL programming is MUST.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL) are highly desirable.
* Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML.
* Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and network administration.
* Basic knowledge of version control systems, and ability to troubleshoot web applications.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders across department.
* Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
* A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
