We have been certified as a Great Place to Work every year since 2019.Your new opportunityWe are looking for someone with experience in the following areas:Green Star Performance ratings, or NABERS rating experience;Building operations management;Corporate real estate reporting such as GRESB or DJSI.Utilising your project management skills and technical expertise, you will provide support in relation to technical requirements for the Green Star Performance v2 rating tool development, and support for internal and external stakeholders to deliver transformation of the built environment.This will include delivering new versions and guidance for Green Star Performance v2, providing updates to existing resources to ensure the rating tool remains technically robust and relevant to the market, and working with the digital team to deliver a Green Star Performance v2 online reporting dashboard.This is a full-time role based in Sydney, though remote locations may be considered for the right candidate.Your new responsibilitiesThis varied and interesting role encompasses project delivery, technical support and collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders. Key activities include:Collaborating with internal stakeholders to assist the broader GBCA teams in understanding Green Star tools and developing resources.Working with GBCA’s digital team to develop an online reporting dashboard for Green Star Performance that aligns with relevant corporate reporting schemes.Assisting in the preparation, development, delivery and upkeep of education and training material for industry in relation to Green Star Performance.Identifying and establishing processes and maintaining information within project management systems.Managing external stakeholder involvement, leading expert reference panels, and presenting to governance bodies.Approving technical questions and answering complex queries from stakeholders.Facilitating and developing thought leadership papers and guidance documents to support Green Star outcomes.Your skills and experienceThe following skills and experience are desirable for this role:Experience facilitating Green Star Performance or NABERS ratings.Experience in building operations management, real estate corporate reporting, or similar.Submission of real estate portfolio information for corporate reporting schemes such as GRESB, DJSI, or similar.Tertiary qualifications in a discipline related to engineering, planning, architecture, or the sustainable built environment.Project or change management experience.Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong understanding of the urban development industry and market-related issues.Proven experience in working within multidisciplinary teams.Organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.Strong analytical problem-solving skills.Strategic thinking and/or planning skills.How to applyPlease apply through SEEK including a covering letter and resume addressed to Caroline Daley, HR Manager.For more information and a copy of the position description please contact Alicia Keenan on Ph: 02 8239 6200.We aim to create a diverse work environment where employee differences such as gender, age, culture, disability, sexual orientation, family and caring responsibilities, and religion are valued.
