Robert Half is currently recruiting an experienced Finance officer for an established Logistics company with a well-known and global reputation.
Working within a supportive finance team, this role will require the successful candidate to work in a high volume and complex data processing through Excel.
The Role
Reporting to the Accountant, your duties will include:
1. Invoicing
2. reconciliations
3. Invoicing
4. Receipting
5. Trust accounting
6. Journal entries and month end
7. Payroll
8. Financial Reporting
9. Inbox Management
Your Profile
To be successful you will have proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years' experience. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:
10. Confident in processing end-to-end accounts payable and credit control
11. Excellent Attention to detail
12. Microsoft Dynamics or other large scale ERP system experience
13. Excellent Organisational Skills
14. Excellent communication skills
15. Ability to meet deadlines
16. Ability to work in a team or independently
The successful candidate will be immediately available.
