About the role The Health Care Worker reports to the Nurse Unit Manager – Waranga Campus and works as an assistant to the health care team, under the direction, delegation, and supervision of the Aged Care Clinical Coordinator in accordance with the assessed nursing needs of residents and aligned to the professional and clinical judgement of the supervising senior nursing staff. An opportunity exists for motivated individuals to join Waranga Health at Rushworth as a casual Health Care Worker. The Health Care Workers are responsible for providing resident-centred care in a team environment. We are looking for: Certificate III in Aged Care Well-developed time management and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritise tasks and work under minimal supervision Knowledge of computer-based software applications including Word/Management Advantage systems would be desirable If qualifications are a requirement for this position, please attach a copy in support of your application.
