Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Equity Markets Dealers Assistant – Mandarin Speaking to join our team in Melbourne or Sydney on a 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate all administrative client queries and resolve issues promptly.
* On-board clients, prepare account documentation, and maintain accurate records in line with current regulations.
* Manage IPO and corporate action allocation, prepare client valuations, and assist with asset transfers.
* Process and monitor stock settlements, prioritize competing adviser requests, and participate in department cross-training.
Key Skills/Knowledge:
* High attention to detail, strong literacy and numeracy ability, and good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong organisational skills, management experience, and fundamental knowledge of financial advice process, markets, and industry.
* Excellent communication skills, fluency in written and spoken Mandarin, and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
Qualifications:
* Desirable tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, or Economics.
* RG146 qualification, experience within wealth management, stockbroking, or financial planning, and understanding of Broking Platforms.
This is a 12-month contract role, paying approximately $370-$400 per day plus super depending on experience.
