Opportunity

Due to fast growing client demand, we are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Manufacturing & Supply Chain Division in Sydney.


Your Duties:

* Promote and market our General Recruitment Capability and Executive Search Services in the Manufacturing markets for both permanent and contract roles.
* Develop business relationships and secure clients for relevant projects.
* Negotiate terms of business with clients.
* Build candidate pipelines and negotiate placements.
* Secure a sufficient number of vacancies from clients to meet monthly targets.
* Promote our business in a positive and professional manner at all times.


Requirements:

* Experience recruiting professionals in the Manufacturing market (not essential).

  • * A proven track record of achieving consistent revenue and business generation.
    * Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
    * Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic.
