We are looking for a Change Management Consultant to work insupport of our People and Culture Unit. You will utiliseprogressive and innovative change management and organisationaldevelopment methodologies and draw upon human resource knowledge toenhance workplace capabilities in a customer centric environmentwhilst ensuring to apply a continuous improvementapproach.
The role forms part of a dedicated team that leads innovationand change by anticipating people management related needs anddevising innovative solutions. This will include designing intendedfuture state work that aligns with the organisational objectives atboth the strategic and operational levels. You will be required toprovide authoritative advice, support, and consultancy to alllevels within the Parliament. As Change Management Consultant atthe Parliament of South Australia, you will build and maintainstrong working relationships with key stakeholders and seniorleaders to achieve outcomes-focused project deliverables.
You confidently contribute as a collaborative member of a smalland high-performing team. You have knowledge of contemporaryorganisational development methodologies and human resourcepractices along with previous experience in leadingtransformational change in a complex organisation. You aresolutions focused, with excellent communication skills and formmeaningful working relationships along with the ability toinfluence decision making.

Selection Criteria
1. Demonstrated project-planning and management ability, resilience under a degree of pressure.
2. Work with a degree of autonomy and contribute effectively as a member of a professional team.
3. Highly developed written and oral communication skills, including negotiation, mentoring, and coaching skills across a diverse range of people
4. High level communication and interpersonal skills, including experience in business, report writing, policy review and development, advocacy, negotiation, and mediation.
5. Substantial cultural change experience in a complex environment and proven ability to provide high level and authoritative advice, internal consultancy, and innovative solutions.
6. Experience in leading the development and implementation of strategic policy and provision of specialist advice relating to organisational development and wellbeing.
7. A collaborative working relationship style with senior leaders and the ability to influence across all operational levels will be an essential element to success in the role.
8. Knowledge of the state government Mentally Healthy Workplaces Framework 2019; and
9. Knowledge of the principles and practice of Work Health and Safety Act 2012, Equal Opportunity Act 1984, the Public Sector Act 2009, Public Interest Disclosure Act 2019, Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Act 2012, employee conduct standards and equity, diversity, and inclusion appropriate to the requirements of the role.
