We're looking for a commercially minded and highly organised Inside Sales Executive to join our Adventure World team in Bondi Junction!As a key member of our Sales & Marketing team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our sales goals across Adventure World and our GSA brands; Lindblad Expeditions, Star Clippers, and Brendan Vacations.
If you're a natural communicator, love working across multiple projects, and have a knack for event coordination and building strong relationships, this could be the opportunity for you!What you'll do:Be the go-to support for our Sales team and travel trade partnersManage key communications with agents, partners and internal stakeholdersCoordinate trade shows, expos, conferences, and exciting industry eventsOversee prize promotions, famil trips and sales initiativesSupport with presentations, training webinars and sales collateralKeep our brochures, flyers and sales materials organised and in stockMaintain accurate data in Salesforce and other internal systemsWork closely with Marketing to align sales activity with campaigns and product launchesAssist with travel bookings, invoice processing, and calendar planningWhat you'll bring:Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, marketing or project management (travel industry is preferred)Strong project and event coordination skillsExperience using Salesforce, webinar platforms, Monday.com or similar toolsA detail-oriented mindset and an ability to juggle multiple prioritiesA team player attitude with strong communication skills and a proactive approachConfidence working independently and liaising across departments and with partnersWhat's in it for you?Work in a hybrid role (minimum 3 days in our Bondi Junction office)Opportunities to work on exciting travel campaigns, events and trade initiativesGenerous travel discounts for you and your family/friends.12 weeks of paid parental leave for eligible staff.Two paid volunteer days and team engagement days annually.Retail discounts and access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Access to a personal development fund to continue to develop in your careerIf you're ready to join a business that's all about meaningful travel, building strong relationships, and making a difference, we'd love to hear from you!
