Accounts Payable Administrator
We currently have an exciting opening for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Administration team. This opportunity also offers the benefit of working in a highly supportive team based environment.
Ideally, you would have 2+ years accounts payable experience in a mid-size organisation. The ability to work in a high transaction environment and an excellent understanding of Microsoft Office is essential.

Qualifications and Duties
* Demonstrated experience in full functions of accounts payable, within a medium/large corporate environment (minimum 2 year’s experience)
* Excellent investigative skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
* Accurately processing high volume invoices on a daily basis
* A friendly, approachable and customer focused demeanour
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Willingness to make recommendations and take ownership of a role
* Ensuring you process all invoices in an accurate and timely manner
* Resolving credit issues to ensure accurate accounting is being delivered
* Ensuring all internal and external queries are handled in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain office files and general administration duties
* Continually looking to identify ways to improve processes, procedures and the efficiency of the team
