About the Role
As a Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C), you'll provide high-quality nursing services across diverse health settings, progressing from a competent to proficient practitioner through experience and/or further study. You'll take responsibility for your own practice standards, guide less experienced staff, and contribute to their development. While the role remains predominantly clinical, you'll also have the opportunity to take on portfolio responsibilities aligned with your career development plan, offering a clear path for growth and progression.

About You
RN/M2C Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. Must hold a relevant postgraduate qualification in Mental Health practice.

What We Offer
In addition to base salary, this position attracts Superannuation, Leave Loading, and Salary Sacrificing Benefits (salary packaging). The classification RN/M may also be eligible for Zone Allowance and once-off Incidental Payment (conditions apply), and Professional Development Allowance.
