The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Associate with broad expertise across employment law, along with additional experience in litigation, dispute resolution, or commercial law. You will have the chance to work with a dynamic client base, offering employment law solutions to large employers, and handling both advisory and contentious matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Drafting and negotiating senior-level employment contracts, including CEO and executive roles
* Representing clients in Fair Work Commission disputes such as unfair dismissal and adverse action claims
* Advising on employment law aspects of M&A transactions, including employee due diligence
* Providing risk management advice and delivering client training on employment law issues
* Supporting charity clients with complex employment matters, offering tailored solutions to suit their needs

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone with the following qualities:
* 5+ years of post-admission experience, with strong skills in employment law
* Experience working on both front-end and back-end employment matters
* Additional expertise in litigation, dispute resolution, or commercial law
* A proactive, energetic approach, with a passion for growing an employment law practice
* Excellent client communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with large employers
