Job Title: Business Development Manager
The Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our leadership team in an integrated healthcare business located on the Gold Coast.
This is a growth-orientated role that involves developing and implementing strategies aligned with the hospital's growth plan.
As part of our senior leadership team, you will have support from a national growth team network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement business strategies to achieve the hospital's growth targets aligned with the clinical services plan
* Build and maintain effective partnerships with Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs) and General Practitioners
* Lead initiatives to generate referrals and expand clinical services
* Identify and promote new services within defined priority specialties
* Deliver healthcare business development programs with ambitious but achievable targets
Candidate Profile:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience in private hospital clinical services development and procedural services optimisation
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Ability to articulate complex commercial proposals and use data to drive decisions
* A proactive attitude and a proven track record of meeting growth targets in healthcare or hospital environments
Qualifications:
Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Bachelor's in Business or a health-related field)
Proven ability to deliver referral generation initiatives and optimise procedural services
