Job Description Challenge yourself with a diverse range of administration responsibilities relating to Cabin CrewSupport our leadership team by assisting the delivery of business objectives for Jetstar's largest team12-month contract ending in April 2026, based at our Head Office in CollingwoodReporting to the Head of Cabin Crew as the Team Coordinator, you will support the Cabin Crew leadership and office teams in all administrative duties and project coordination relating to the business objectives for Jetstar Cabin Crew.
Specifically, you will provide project support, dashboard reporting, manage and maintain information systems, coordinate calendars and travel, prepare communications, take meeting minutes and prepare leadership forums and events.
You may occasionally be required to travel domestically or internationally and must be able to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organisation.
You'll Have Proven experience in providing administrative and project coordination supportStrong verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsAbility to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments with multiple tasks and deadlinesExceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and working autonomouslyA continuous improvement mindset and initiative to address anticipated challengesExperience coordinating travel logistics, reporting, taking minutes and planning eventsAn understanding of aviation processes in regulated environments is desirableWhy Jetstar?Jetstar is alive with a sense of adventure.
