Company Description Our collaborative culture sets us apart.We help experts become true specialists and provide the long-term structure and platform to accelerate their success.Job Description We are currently seeking a motivated Property Manager to work within our successful Occupier Services team based onsite with a highly valued client.Located at the client's head office in Hamilton, you will be responsible for the management of a corporate property portfolio within Australia, maintaining close liaison with portfolio clients, and fostering an efficient, harmonious, and close working relationship.This is a fixed term contract that will finish at the end of March 2025.Bringing expertise and agility, your responsibilities will include: Management of landlord negotiations on sublease / assignments.Assist with finalising property responsibilities, including but not limited to termination / transfer of electricity accounts and relevant utilities.Ensure compliance with the transition dates and relevant landlord consent, including facilitating the execution of the deeds and subleases.Work with the Clients legal team, site conversion lead and retailer business consultants to ensure relevant clauses are accurately reflected in property, brand, and supply agreements.Deal with the day-to-day portfolio management requirements, including reconciling and approving invoices.Participate in the maintenance of detailed project tracking and progress of assignment of leases.Resolve disputes surrounding lease obligations and where necessary instruct legal to serve notice to enforce Lessor obligations.Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Recent Property Management experience working within a commercial property portfolio, ideally including service stations.A tertiary qualification in a field related to commercial property & a current QLD Real Estate Certificate/License Minimum of 3 years' experience within a similar role Strong computer skills, especially regarding the day-to-day operation of a commercial property database This rewarding role will provide you with the opportunity to develop your career with an industry leader while working in a dynamic, friendly culture where you will be encouraged and supported in your endeavors.Additional Information Please apply with your CV or call Kate Dobbie - Associate Director, Careers on 07 3026 3309 for more information.Please be advised that applications will only be accepted directly rather than via recruitment agencies.#LI-KD1
