Your Role
You will be responsible for managing the operational activities of a specific team to ensure the delivery and execution of the project to a high level with a high focus on customer service excellence.
Your Responsibilities
1. Monitoring and achieving all productivity key performance indicators (KPI) at a consistently high level.
2. Proactively engage with hubs, chartering desks, transport engineering, business unit, suppliers and internal and external stakeholders as required.
3. Providing accurate rates for project requirements.
4. Ensuring all necessary internal systems are kept up to date in a timely manner.
5. Ad-hoc duties as requested by management. #LI-DNI

6. Prior experience in a similar industry is highly desirable.
7. Prior experience in a project management position.
8. Ability to communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
9. Strong understanding of the current market in the industry.
