We are looking for a Car Park Standards Manager who will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining car park standards across all our sites. Your role will ensure the consistency and compliance with regulations, enhance brand value, and provide a superior experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create a comprehensive car park standards manual, including guidelines for signage, bay sizes, line marking, cleanliness, and more.
2. Roll out these standards across all car park locations and ensure adherence through regular inspections and audits.
3. Conduct routine checks to assess cleanliness, safety, and functionality, reporting breaches to stakeholders and following up as needed.
4. Oversee and guide car park attendants and support staff, including their training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
5. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and assist in developing site risk assessments and bay count audit procedures.
6. Prepare and present regular reports on car park standards and breaches at EXCO meetings.
Our ideal candidate requires:
7. Minimum of 5 years in retail, facilities management, or a related field with a focus on standard development and implementation.
8. Familiarity with WHS regulations and industry best practices.
9. Strong understanding of health and safety standards related to parking facilities.
10. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
11. Proven ability to create and enforce policies and procedures.
12. Proficiency in management software and tools.
13. Strong problem-solving capabilities.
