About the Role
As the Education Market Analyst, you’ll support the organisation’s education strategy by providing data insights, customer research, and market analysis. In this newly created role, you’ll work closely with the Curriculum Implementation Manager and the education team to analyse trends, respond proactively to market shifts, and contribute to key decisions. You’ll use tools like Power BI, MS Dynamics, and Excel to create impactful reports and insights that shape the educational offerings.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Conduct comprehensive market analysis and desktop research on competitors
* Manage data-driven insights using CRMs like MS Dynamics and reporting tools such as Power BI
* Analyse trends and performance metrics to assess and forecast product performance
* Engage with qualitative and quantitative data to balance customer feedback with internal metrics
* Prepare insights and recommendations to support strategic pricing and product positioning
To be successful, you will have:
* Bachelor’s degree in research, business, education, product management, marketing, or related discipline
* Experience in market or business analysis roles, ideally with reporting and insights development
* Strong skills with CRM systems (MS Dynamics preferred), Power BI, and Excel
* The ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
* An aptitude for efficient, high-quality work with attention to both detail and the bigger picture
* Strong interpersonal skills to balance data insights with customer engagement
