About the Role:
As the Executive Assistant for Haynes Group, you will have a key role in supporting Executive Leaders.
* Provide confidential and efficient secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Leadership team
* Managing day to day operations of the corporate Brisbane Office
* Event Management
* IT Asset Management
* Liaise with Sime Darby Industrial Executives and employees
* Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing correspondence and initiate follow up actions where necessary
* Diary management
* Coordinate Sime Darby Industrial Solutions event management
* Record and prepare meeting minutes
* Coordinate and prepare presentations, including PowerPoint
* Assist with annual budget report, input information and the collation of the budget folder
* Undertake special projects as required
* Provide progressive system/reporting updates
* Purchase Order Management
* Coordinate and book travel for the Sime Darby Industrial Solutions team
* Support procurement processes in accordance with the Group Procurement Policy and Authorities and Group Policies and Authorities
* Account Management with key support contract: ie Telstra, Computer One
About You:
* At least 5 years' experience in a similar role is desirable
* The ability to work independently
* Strong organisational / time management skills
* Exceptional communication (written and verbal), influencing & relationship building skills.
