Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to join our client within the superannuation industry to lead critical initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeframes. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on business operations while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Project Management : Oversee the lifecycle of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
3. Risk and Issue Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Planning and Execution : Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and track progress against milestones.
5. Reporting : Provide clear and concise updates on project status, risks, and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders.
6. Governance : Ensure adherence to organisational policies, regulatory requirements, and project management best practices.

1. Must have Super experience
2. Project Management Expertise : Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget.
3. Stakeholder Management : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence a variety of stakeholders.
4. Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges and identify effective solutions.
5. Methodologies : Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
6. Certifications (Desirable) : PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
