Your Role
Our team requires a Clinical Nurse who understands and drives person centred care. Working with the Clinical Care Manager you will be assisting in setting clinical standards that reflects best practice, assist clinical and direct care employees to improve skills and knowledge through leadership and direction.
The person we are looking for should have advanced nursing skills in order to provide the supervision required. We are looking for someone who has a variety of specialist skills and passion for identified areas:
4. Wound management
5. Continence management
6. Medication management
7. Complete AN-ACC documentation and comprehensive assessments
8. Ability to work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team
9. Provide support and direction / delegation of duties to Registered Nurses and non-registered nursing personnel
Your tasks will include:
10. Co-ordinate and provide comprehensive care involving assessment, prevention, early detection, referral and health promotion
11. Co-ordinate and regularly evaluate the effects of care provided through care plan reviews and assessment, in consultation with clients and the multidisciplinary team
12. Provide support and direction to Registered Nurses and Care Assistants

Role Requirements
24. Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
25. Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
26. Be vaccinated against Influenza & at least 1 dose of Covid-19 vaccine
27. Current CPR Certificate
28. Intermediate to advanced computer skills to ensure ability to use Ozcare's Client Management and clinical systems
29. Sound clinical knowledge
30. Good computer & mobile device skills
31. The ability to work across a varied roster and shifts including night and weekend shifts
