Job Description
We are seeking a talented Support Engineer to join our team in Melbourne. As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for solving complex technical problems and providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Service Restoration: Investigate and resolve technical issues using our ticketing system, identifying hardware or software faults within the Amazon Robotics environment.
* Collaboration: Work with on-site robotics technicians and engineers to troubleshoot issues and partner with software development engineers to ensure seamless integration and functionality across all systems.
* High Severity Calls: Participate in live troubleshooting sessions via conference bridge, coordinating resolution efforts and escalating as needed.
* Process Improvement and Automation: Contribute to process improvements and participate in internal projects to make things better for our team and customers.

Requirements
* BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
o Experience troubleshooting and debugging systems, service or platforms.
o Networking Knowledge.
o Unix Knowledge.
o SQL Knowledge.
* PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
o Five or more years of troubleshooting systems, platforms, or applications in a second-line (or above) operations team.
o Active technical certifications in one or more relevant technical fields.
o Understanding of project and change management methodologies and best practices.
o Scripting knowledge in any programming language.
