Off the back of tremendous success in ICT recruitment and augmentation solutions, we are now on the hunt for a highly motivated Associate Account Manager. You will join our well-established Data#3 People Solutions team, working directly with blue chip clients across Education, Government, and Corporate and sourcing a broad range of ICT talent. No day will be the same!
The Role:
Working collaboratively with our Account Executives, you will:
* Source candidates utilising a range of tools and platforms
* Assist with developing and closing profitable recruitment services opportunities
* Build relationships with IT Management and procurement clients
* Work with the Account Executives to manage the territory with a focus on driving growth and success
* Collaborate with your resourcing colleagues, to source a broad range of ICT talent
* Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates
* Advertise and promote roles within your network and across relevant social media platforms
* Work to varied and fast-moving deadlines.

To ensure your success, you’ll have the following:
* Demonstrable success in a recruitment/resourcing/candidate manager role coming from a recruitment agency (this is not an internal recruitment role)
* Contract recruitment experience, working on specialist technical roles
* Strong capability to build lasting client relationships with a desire to take the next step into a sales career
* Technology or Technical sourcing/recruitment experience or a keen desire to break into tech, with a proactive approach to learning
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
* Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Operate with integrity, a sense of urgency, and a never give up attitude.
