Our client is looking for a highly skilled and organized Paralegal with expertise in leasing and property transactions. About the Client:

Hours: Par-time, flexible working arrangements (2-3 days)
Key responsabilites:
1. Support General Counsel in managing legal matters including due diligence, leasing, property transactions, bank guarantees, and more.
2. Coordinate the signing of multiple leases for a childcare provider.
3. Keep stakeholders, including lawyers and landlords, informed on the status of lease agreements.
4. Prepare reports and review leasing conditions.
5. Maintain accurate records and ensure information is properly filed and accessible.
6. Utilize Monday.com for project management and task tracking.
Requirements:
7. Proven experience in a paralegal role, particularly within leasing or property law (experience in childcare center leases is a plus).
8. Excellent organizational skills, including spreadsheet management.
9. High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
10. Confident and self-directed, with a proactive and positive attitude.
11. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
12. Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
