Skills & Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role
* Cert III or Cert IV in Commercial Cookery is desirable
* Previous experience in a similar sized kitchen operation (ability to serve up to 400 customers at any time)
Essential Requirements:
* Display passion for the food industry
* Work well in a team environment and be able to communicate effectively with other team members
* Time management and organisational skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Help plan and develop menus
* Estimate food and labour costings
* Monitor quality of all dishes
* Food preparation and portioning
* Training of other kitchen staff members
