Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Accounts Receivable Officer to join a well-established and growing privately owned organisation based in Craigieburn.

This is a full-time office-based position, with an immediate start required. This position is offered on an initial 4-month temporary contract with the potential to transition to permanent employment.
The Role
This role will see you enjoy the following responsibilities:
1. Oversee Accounts Receivable ledger and follow up overdue accounts.
2. Cash receipting.
3. Rebate processing.
4. Credit claim processing.
5. Sales dashboard maintenance
6. Follow up on debtors' suspense balances
7. Weekly sales report
8. Other duties as directed by the Finance manager
Your Skills & Experience
9. Experience in an accounts receivable role spanning at least 12 months.
10. Systems savvy with and intermediate level of MS Excel.
11. Strong communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
