Together, we play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare in Australia.About the role: To ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives to increase our client base and maintain successful relationships with existing clients in the Acute and Aged Care Sectors.
The position will work with internal and external stakeholders to develop processes that ensure appropriate use of staff resources and the successful conversion of client demand to filled shifts.
This will include providing leadership to ensure strategic projects are consistently managed utilising agreed frameworks.
Key responsibilities include: Drive development of strategic and direct relationships with existing and new clients to achieve financial and operational budgets.Maintain positive relationships with major existing local and national clients to ensure delivery of agreed outcomes.Provide appropriate feedback from all clients to the local Operations team and the national business development unit.Research new clients and market potential analysis; synthesise information and findings and present conclusion and recommendations to the State Manager.Work collaboratively with other service staff to communicate expectations and accountabilities to ensure business targets are achieved.
