What you’ll need to succeed
* Tier 1 accreditation and a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Insurance Account Executive
* Proven ability to negotiate independently and effectively with clients whilst providing exceptional customer service
* Strong attention to detail, especially in creating comprehensive renewals reports.
* Experience working with complex policies
* Experience in ISRs Manufacturing, Storage, and Property-related products would be essential
* Ability to build strong client relationships and participate actively in face-to-face meetings
Your new role
* You will be working closely on a joint SME-Mid Market portfolio alongside a highly established & experienced Account Manager
* You will be managing an exciting and challenging diverse portfolio which includes (but not limited to) ISRs, Financial Lines and Property
* Manage a portfolio of around 20-30 clients who are ranging from $3k to $100k
