Open Minds is seeking a driven Project Officer to lead key initiatives at our Lismore Medicare Mental Health Centre.
Join us in a 12-month max term opportunity where you'll help shape the delivery of mental health services across the Northern Rivers region while working alongside passionate clinicians and service providers.
What You'll Be Doing You'll lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of key projects aimed at enhancing mental health services and improving access for diverse communities across the Northern Rivers.
These initiatives will focus on addressing community needs and driving better mental health outcomes through innovative, evidence-based solutions.
Working closely with Primary Health Networks, GPs, and other external partners, you'll use your project management expertise to co-design and deliver impactful services.
You'll also collaborate with our multidisciplinary Medicare Mental Health Centre team—made up of Mental Health Clinicians, Intake Officers, and Clinical Leads—who are passionate about creating meaningful connections and delivering person-centered support.

What We're Looking For Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of experience in project management, health services, or a related sector.Strong networks and knowledge of local mental health services.Experience working with multiple stakeholders in project development and execution.Proficiency in PowerBI or other business analytics tools.
