About the Role
The Store Manager Accelerator Program is designed for high-potential candidates to accelerate their progression into a Store Manager role with Coles.
You'll join a close-knit cohort and experience hands-on learning through store placements, shadowing opportunities, self-paced and facilitator-led training, mentoring, and coaching.
This 6-month program will equip you with the skills and confidence to take on a Store Manager role, leading a team of over 100 employees and advancing further in your retail career.
Your Skills and Experience
We're looking for leaders with commercial nous, a passion for developing others, and a drive to make a meaningful impact in their local community.
You should have:
* Strong commercial acumen and a knack for achieving results
* Experience in leading large teams, P&L management, and a proven ability to think on your feet
Previous retail experience is essential.
