The Company
Our client is a small, 100% Australian Owned business who have been operating for almost 20 years in the engineering / project management industries. As the company grows their client base, they are looking for an all-round administrator to proactively support the project managers and enhance the client experience working with this business.
The Role
Your main duties in the role as outlined below:
- Filing
- Writing quotes and following up quotes.
- Following up on payments from clients.
- General admin support for project managers.
- Minute taking
- General office support duties.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
* Proven administration skills
* The ability to Multi-task (Bonus if in a small business environment)
* Good communication skills with clients- written and verbal
* A proactive personality with a willingness to help
