The Opportunity As the Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of infrastructure projects. You will lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work on projects that have a significant impact on communities and the development of infrastructure in Brisbane. Key Responsibilities: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Lead project teams and coordinate across departments (engineering, procurement, etc.). Engage with stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and manage expectations. Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and internal policies. Monitor project progress, costs, and KPIs, providing regular updates to senior management. Manage contractor and vendor relationships. Complete project handover and conduct post-project reviews. About You: We are seeking a driven individual with a proven track record in delivering infrastructure projects. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for managing large-scale projects that make a real impact. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, IT Infrastructure, or related field. 5 years of experience managing infrastructure projects. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred. Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
