The role of lead generation is to generate a number of warm, quality leads through a trusted relationship with new and existing customers. You will be required to book appointments for our amazing sales teams over the phone utilising exceptional customer service skills.

Key Duties / Responsibilities:
* Contacting both new and existing customers across multiple industry verticals to create new, warm leads over the phone.
* Book appointments for our sales team.
* Data entry and system management
* Achieving set targets and objectives
* Business administration tasks
* Ensure high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Required skills
* Strong ability to build rapport over the phone
* A professional approach to calling customers
* Ability to handle customer objections
* Strong communication skills
* Proven track record of achieving and key performance metrics
* Proven appointment setting experience is desired but not essential
* Problem solving skills
* Agility and resilience
* Proven experience in customer service delivery desired
* Motivated, hard working, positive and adaptable attitude
