What this opportunity involves:
As the Community Ambassador/Corporate Concierge, you will be pivotal in delivering an authentic service experience which will enhance the relationship between JLL, our clients and their guests, based at our JLL Brisbane office at Central Plaza, Queen St.
Being the first point of contact at reception, your warm and welcoming nature will provide genuine hospitality and thoughtful service to all relevant stakeholders. As a thorough administrator, you will maintain smooth operation of the reception and execute all tasks to a high, professional standard.
An Overview of the role:
* Create a comfortable, welcoming and hospitable experience for employees and their guest.
* Coordinate staff activities with the wider JLL team
* Handle internal & external calls and correspondence.
* Manage deliveries of all mail and courier services.
* Assist with invoicing processes to support financial management in a timely and accurate manner.
* Support the delivery of programs that drive employee engagement, sense of belonging, excitement and fun at work that contribute to employee productivity and pride.
* Manage meeting room bookings.
* Other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by Workplace Manager.
Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:
* 2 years' experience in Hospitality, Tourism or related professional area
* Prior experience in managing meeting room services is advantageous
* Warm and welcoming nature with a passion for creating lasting impressions
* Highly confident communicator and strong interpersonal skills
* Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high quality service
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite
