Join as a JAPAC Analytics Strategy Lead, in the Oracle Analytics Product Management Strategy Group with a focus on scaling revenues in the Global Sales Community. As a highly experienced analytics individual you will be joining part of the Oracle Analytics Product Management team, which focuses building programs to grow revenues and accelerate customer adoption of Oracle’s Analytics products.
This position is focused on building programs to scale revenues for Fusion Data Intelligence in JAPAC. You will train sales leaders on the value of analytics, partner with marketing to create focused campaigns, engage customers to promote their success, and develop insights on the business.

What You’ll Be Responsible for
Developing the go-to-market strategy for Fusion Data Intelligence across cloud sales channels in JAPAC. This will involve:
Monitoring business performance
1. Be a champion for using our analytics tools to run our business
2. Lead regional operations reviews to track progress
Creating programs to build and progress pipeline
3. Lead the “Analytics Innovation Sprint Program” in JAPAC
4. Execute regional roadshows to progress pipeline
5. Create Innovation Sprint sales kits including messaging and customer stories
6. Collaborate with marketing on campaigns to attract new and retain existing customers
7. Assist in customer reference process and executive engagement
Educating sales on value of analytics
8. Host sales leadership briefings
9. Execute enablement plan shaped by sales channel
10. Facilitate content development for sales enablement
11. Promote new product releases and commercial value to sales community
12. Amplify our message through webinars, email communications and social channels
13. Measure the uptake on enablement and overall sales readiness
Contribute to the customer excellence program
14. Document wins for potential marketing references
15. Lead Executive Excellence Program in JAPAC
16. Promote advocacy and customer stories
