What You’ll Be Doing:
As our HR Advisor, you’ll be the go-to person for all things HR, providing top-notch advice and support to managers and staff across our diverse businesses. Your role will involve:
* Providing timely and accurate guidance on employee relations, performance management, and legislative matters.
* Conducting investigations, resolve grievances, and facilitate disciplinary processes with empathy and expertise.
* Partnering with Business Leaders and Senior Managers to enhance their people management capabilities.
* Identifying emerging HR trends and collaborate on innovative solutions to drive positive change.
* Assisting to ensure the accurate of HR administration, reporting, and continuous improvement of our HR practices.
What You Bring:
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within the NDIS, Community Services, Supported Employment, or Disability Employment Services sectors.
* Strong knowledge of the SCHADS award and HR best practices.
* A passion for coaching, supporting, and empowering others.
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a knack for building strong relationships.
* Flexibility to adapt in a changing environment and seize new opportunities.
* A driven, conscientious, and motivated approach to delivering high-quality HR solutions.
* Proven experience in developing HR strategies that support business goals and objectives.
* A solutions-focused mindset, proactively addressing challenges and change with positivity.
